Hey I’m Chris Simmons, thanks for stopping by to checkout my corner of the intrawebs…this site has existed in various ways shapes and forms over the past several years as a place for me to explore different web platforms and technologies and experiment with SEO, but its most recent incarnation was born out of a combination of necessity, vanity and good old fashioned curiosity. A few days before embarking on a cross-country road trip I began to look into travel blogging options. Not satisfied with what was readily available at the time (I admit that I can be a bit of a control freak when I comes to content) I decided to roll up my sleeves (aka click a few buttons over at my Godaddy account) and setup this site. In retrospect, I’m glad I opted to take this route as the aforementioned road trip turned out to be an epic voyage across the continent. So while you can read through the posts I sent from my phone over the 3+ weeks I don’t think I wast able to capture even the tip of the iceberg…alright maybe just the tip.
